Ponta is a good friend of Youto. He was the one who told Youto about the power of the 'Stony Cat' after he himself lost his pervertedness because of its power.

Emi / Emanuela Pollarola

Emi is a character appeared after Azusa Azuki wished onto the stone cat in Tsutsukakushi's house's store room. She is Ponta's sister who came back from Italy. She holds a little object that looked like the stone cat in the store room in Tsutsukakushi's house.

Tsutsukakushi Tsukushi

Tsukushi is Tsukiko's older sister and the president of the track and field club, often referred to as "The Steel Queen". She often bullies Youto, and is the person who made him to be known as the Pervert Prince. She wants to marry her little sister Tsukiko.

Azuki Azusa

Azusa is a second-year high school student and is a very popular girl. She is always alone and turns down all confessions of love she receives. She likes animals. She is flat-chested, which Yōto proclaims to her by accident as he cannot lie. As a result of Youto's wish on the stony cat, she possesses his former trait of being unable to express her honest feelings. She wears a collar around her neck that resembles the belt that was used as an offering for Youto's wish. While she pretends to be a rich elite, she actually lives in a small apartment and keeps several jobs in a neighboring town to be able to afford the act. Before she transferred, she was outcast and bullied in her old school; this ultimately led to her losing trust in people.

Tsutsukakushi Tsukiko

Referred to as younger sister by Youto. Her wish to the Stony Cat was to not show her emotions so easily, because she was a crybaby. As a result, she has become unable to express any emotions whatsoever, regardless of what she is trying to say. It is hinted that she may have feelings for Youto, but this is difficult to determine since she is not able to show her emotions.

Yokodera Youto

Youto is the main protagonist. He is portrayed to be secretly a huge pervert yet he cannot express his inner self truly because his deeds are always misunderstood. He even claims that he joined the athletics club so he can see girls in shorts. Yet when hearing some rumors from a childhood friend, he makes a wish onto the infamous 'Stony Cat' about him no longer being capable to lie and make excuses in exchange for the belt of a hug pillow he offered, and thus he loses his very own 'facade'. He realizes this causes problems after hearing himself being painfully honest to others, but he learns later on that someone will take the missing trait one owned before wishing onto the mysterious cat-like object. He then starts searching for the lost belt he previously had.

Hentai Ouji To Warawanai Neko

The story centers around a second-year high school boy named Yokodera Youto. Youto is always thinking about his carnal desires, but no one acknowledges him as a pervert. He learns about a cat statue that supposedly grants wishes. The boy goes to pray that he will be able to express his lustful thoughts whenever and wherever he wants. At the statue, Youto encounters Tsutsukakushi Tsukiko, a girl from his high school with her own wish - that she would not display her real intentions so readily.
